Private pool, Playa Del Carmen comfort and quiet appartement

Bali 2 Residencial is built by this company. Hogares Union. Conjunto Parnelli. Do NOT buy there. If I could put 0 starts I would! There are obvious constructon errors that they refuse to fix. They are not attending guarantees in the manner that they should be. We have been living in dirt for two months. Terrible service post sale. Every time they come to fix something they only ruin it more. 0 professionalism and 0 punctuality. For weeks they don’t show up for appointments and we wait for them every day for hours. They broke my wall adjusting a door. All my floors “junta” has to be changed because they applied wrong product. They keep making excuses. First floors of the apartment towers of A, B, C and D patios are a MESS. Water catchment from the roof or all of the AC’s ends up in the patios. Creating a pool of water that will affect the pavement and the walls. We have to fix it with our own money because they refused to fix it. All of the other floors have water running down the walls from all of the AC’s above. Creating humidity in the walls and ruining the looks of the building. The trees they planted are dry and falling. There are SO many problems in most (if not all) of the apartments of the Privada Lisboa. If you are thinking to buy in Bali 2 especially privada BARI that will be build soon. My honest recommendation is to talk to people that live in Bali 2. They will be more than happy to share with you how bad they’ve been treated! Common areas have so many issues. People have posters hung up on the balconies and windows saying NOT TO BUY there. And they are refusing to fix the construction errors. They only cover it up with excuses that don’t make sense. Don’t make the same mistake. Stay away from Hogares Union and Cojunto Parnelli. Residencial built by them have the same problems. Google their name.

Love Bali I and II. Not very happy the new home rates have increased dramatically. No reason to increase.

Its a great place for families. I love that each block has it's own pool and a shared sports club that's fully equipped.

We love our new house and all of the neighborhood amenities. Jesús was in charge of our house delivery, and could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

DO NOT BUY A HOME HERE In every way possible this company are useless. Edit: since writing this, they have now build a 4 story high block of apartments 1 meter at the back of my home. This now block the sun from my home. I have emails and photos of the building plan which confirmed nothing would be built there. This was the reason I bought this house. 1. Poorly designed homes 2. Poor quality workmanship 3. Poor quality materials. 4. I’ve live in Bali 2 for 3 years, the sports club was meant to be open 2 years ago. It’s still not open. 5. The warranty means nothing, they do not honour a single word of it. 6. They have not bought communal bins or furniture which they agree to do so in the contract. 7. They have started building apartments which where not on the original plan they showed when buying the property. 8. The security at the gate is pointless, they let everyone through with no checks. 9. Everything breaks and they blame everyone else apart from theirselves. I can keep going but I am sure you get the picture.
