a year agoGorgeous building! Excellent location, two blocks from the beach, steps away from La Quinta where all the fun is at! Plenty of restaurants to choose from, bars, clubs, coffee, shops, street performers. Two blocks away from Chedraui the best supermarket. Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful rooftop pool, jacuzzi and bar where you can sip a good priced cocktail or beer while enjoying the view. 24/7 concierge service and surveillance, night security. Private entrance and parking. This is the 4th time I've stayed there!

2 years agoWonderful building with the most delightful security in all of Playa. Our place was not interior facing; but still, there was no noise from 26th or the restaurants nearby. We couldn’t be happier. The building is clean, smells good, and is well maintained. The rooftop pool is super clean with a beautiful view. The gym is spacious, clean, well equipped; not the usual rusty and tired gyms easily found. Paid laundry on site with nearby Oxxo or 7-Eleven for soap. There is also a beautiful shared work space. This is my new go-to building for future stays in Playa.

5 months ago⚠️ Warning for anyone looking for short-term or long-term rentals in central Playa del Carmen: Do not stay in this building. I have lived here for over six months, and during that time, there have been frequent power outages and multiple occasions when there was no running water. If you’re lucky, you might not experience any issues during your stay — but if you’re not, you could easily find yourself with no water for an entire day or more. This is a recurring problem with the building itself. Imagine coming home after spending the whole day at the beach or sightseeing, wanting to take a shower, and finding that not a single drop of water comes out of the tap. It’s incredibly frustrating, but it happens here. I’ve lived in Mexico for over five years and stayed in many different places, but I’ve never experienced a building that fails to supply water for over 24 hours — except this one. I truly hope this doesn’t happen to you. The location of this place is excellent — it’s right next to 5th Avenue, and the rooftop has a pool with a beautiful view. However, the underground parking is very difficult to use, and there are not enough parking spots. Also, I see cockroaches almost every morning here. I hardly ever cook, and whenever I eat, I always clean up everything right away — I never leave any dirty dishes or food around. Still, I find cockroaches every morning. Lately, I’ve been catching two to five of them each day. I spray insecticide daily and have even placed traps, but nothing helps. If you don’t want to deal with something like that, I wouldn’t recommend staying in this building.

3 years agoI am impressed by the level of service and hospitality! Rented from @volta_playadelcarmen and was worth every penny to make it out here from Cancun! It’s 7 stories with a rooftop pool with the softest water and amazing sunrise and sunset views!
