The space
Very large open concept with gourmet kitchen fully appointed and ready to host a private chef if you desire (arrangments easily made with our concierge). Several lounging areas give you places to chill, chat, read or even watch Netflix on the big screen. The room is wide open onto the wrap-around pool and the garden.
Our Palapa in the garden is a glamping heaven and behind it, the garden continues with deck and hammock to enjoy the sounds of the jungle.
– Bedrooms:
1st-floor bedroom: 1 king size (or two single beds) with en-suite bathroom with glass shower and free-standing tub
2nd-floor bedroom: 1 king size (or two single beds) with en-suite bathroom with glass shower
3rd-floor bedroom: 1 king size + one daybed with en-suite bath with glass shower
Palapa-glamping experience: 1 king size (or two single beds) + one daybed with en-suite bathroom. No A/C.
Third floor 700sqf terrace includes outdoor kitchen, stylish jacuzzi and lounging chairs to sunbathe. Enough room to do your sun salutations facing… the rising sun.
Guest access
Guests have the entire property available exclusively to them. Concierge available. DAILY CLEANING OPTIONAL.
Other things to note
This is our family house and we expect guests to treat it like their own. There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. Meaning NO SMOKING inside or outside the house.
This is not a house to party and trash… we have neighbours that we would like to keep happy.

3 years agoJust wow!!! Extraordinary house, very well located in Tulum. Jean-François is an excellent host and knows the area well; he can guide you on activities, restaurants, etc. In the evening, relaxing in the hot tub on the third-floor terrace... watching the shooting stars... pure bliss!!!!

6 years agoSuperb house, close enough to the center of Tulum for those who want to be entertained, yet far enough away for those who want more peace and quiet. One of my favorites in Tulum. Excellent internet connection, beautiful pool, and charming rustic palapa.
