Beautiful 2 brm condo in Selva Escondida

Very nice location for Airbnb. Not very far from the beach. And the pools are awesome. Bbq pits and basketball courts

So bad experience from this place I'm actually there now and it's like a prison... you get attacked by security at the pool because you don't have your key with you... but how do you go to the pool while your partner is out doing something? It took us 2 days to find someone to deliver water here and guess what when it finally arrived the security turn it back because we didn't tell them that a company who is delivering water (not criminal looking guys they have a truck full of water bottles...) was coming to our place to deliver water so after all of this we still have to go and pay more to get some water for the night !!! This place is so far from anything in puerto Morelos that taxi over charge you to come here .... we have to walk 30 minutes just to get to the first store... this place is like a prison.... I've been to puerto Morelos and honestly Selva Escondida just destroyed the beginning of my vacation!! You could offer to pay me and I will never come back to this place ever again that's for sure and hopefully you will not get trapped like us because the pool is nice !

Buyer beware!!!!! EDIT- as of today October 3rd 2022 the Nastiest POOL!!! My sister bought a condo in the 2 phase. they made more condos in the same development Luum and Kanaa who will share the same amenities. The pool is so small for so many condos and houses 27 towers each has 12 condos =327 plus the houses outside of the gate and the ones on the other side. The pool is always dirty. not enough employees to clean or security to keep gate 24/7. They keep making more condos. We are very disappointed.

This place is a lie!! Everything they promise you is a lie!! Don't waste your money here, it's a total mess. The developer favorite phrase is "You're out of warranty " and yes they went cheap to save a dollar. So they will take your money, promise you all great things and won't deliver and run with your money. Before you buy ask the residents!! We are tired of trying to get them to fix things so next step is a lawyer..

This is a beautiful place with lots of amenities. The facility is super clean and safe. This place has everything that you need all included in this gated community. The only negative to this place, and it's not much of a negative, is the location. It is some what out of the way, which is a good thing, but does make it "difficult " to find and walk to, especial at night.
