Hotel Rooms in Centro Playa – Elegant – 3 mins from La Quinta – 5 mins from the beach.

This is an adjusted review based on how things unfolded. Long story short - the place demonstrated very attentive approach and after my complaint about a suddenly implemented day-pass (after long time of being a free-access pool/bar area) they actually took it into consideration and temporarily suspended that decision! So I want to Thank You management for that. —— In general this place is the only one in entire Playa with free access to the pool and bar area. Of course you are expected to buy drinks or food, but it’s worth every peso. Prices are fair, food is delicious and the pool area is well maintained. Another big advantage of this place is a super helpful, friendly and attentive staff. You don’t need to wait for hours for them to appear 🙂 This could be a great place for an extended lunch break for those who work remotely and live nearby, but don’t want to go to the beach.

We were a group of 4 women and we were so happy to feel safe and be in a warm, nice, close to so many restaurants and vendors (walking distance) in Playa spot. The Hotel is well located, clean and the staff will make you feel at home. They also have theme nights like Karaoke, Pool Parties etc. Thanks again to the team. I had the best birthday 🎉

Summary: Best balance between relaxing and having a good time I've experienced. Great dedicated team (bar, housekeeping, front desk, and management). Good location, walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and everything you could need. Depending on the season, different activities at the hotel in case you don't want to go out (dance classes, karaoke, line dance, etc.)...would return in a heartbeat!! We were in Mexico to celebrate a couple of birthdays, so we were hoping for a good time, especially since we were only staying for less than a week, and we couldn't have gotten a better experience. Staff: The staff was incredible, dedicated to making your stay memorable and as comfortable as possible. From the bar crew to the housekeeping team, reception and management, everybody really helped make our trip special. On our day coming back, our flight was delayed many times for several hours, and we couldn't rebook the airport taxi we had already reserved and paid for. One of the staff contacted their friend who does shuttle service to the airport. This is only one in different instances. Well located: Pretty central location, walking distance from the beach, different inexpensive restaurants, shops, bars, and clubs. Overall experience: I will recommend Caché to anyone asking in the future without hesitation. If you are looking for a good time but also want to relax and take it easy, this is the place for you. We would like to share that our experience overall was an okay one we would have just liked a pre-warning or more accurate times and information before signing the contract:) We stayed in one of the suites that had the hot tub, it was very clean and nice the only thing we wish was improved was the water pressure (most hotels in Mexico have this issue) and more towels or changed out every day instead of every two days. They host a lot of parties or activities such as a line dancing or it looked like salsa dancing which is free and welcome to join if you are staying at the hotel. It looked like a ton of fun and everyone watching and included was enjoying themselves. I will note people that enjoy their sleep, might not want to stay here. We were told that the quite hours were between midnight to 7-8 am and they continued until 2-3am but good music choices lol just very hard to sleep in paper thin walls. We did go down and ask about the quiet hours and were informed that the contract was not accurate this also included the breakfast times which was disappointing because we did wait around to get it the second day and it was delicious. We wish that the staff would have been a little more informative and kind when presented with a written and signed contract of times and stay information. We might choose to stay or come back but on the other side of the party. Oh and there is no ocean view but you can watch the sunset and sunrise.

Great location, great employees, but mostly great owners! They will make sure your stay here is flawless. The food was delicious for a fair price, same with the drinks. There's plenty of local stuff happening around, as well as the main tourist strip is just a couple of minutes away, minus the noise. Comfy rooms, clean and modern. Can't recommend enough.
